IRF European Finance Investments Ltd. will hold its annual general meeting on 31

March 2008 at the offices of the Investment Bank of Greece S.A., Ground Floor -

Auditorium, Kifissias Avenue 24-A, 151 25 Marousi, Greece at 3.00 p.m. Greek

time (9.00 a.m. Bermuda time).



The notice convening this annual general meeting is being posted today to its

shareholders and, for information purposes only, to its warrant holders.



Copies of the notice are available, free of charge, from the Company's

registered office at Canon's Court, 22 Victoria Street, Hamilton, HM12, Bermuda

and the office of Numis Securities at 10 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7LT

until the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
